Chocolate Fudge Squares
125g butter 1 cup S.R Flour
1 cup brown sugar 1 cup coconunt
1 egg 2 Tblspn cocoa
Vanilla
Preheat oven to 180C
Melt butter and add sugar and egg. Add vanilla and cocoa, then flour and coconut.
Spread in large tin. Bake for 25 minutes, then ice while hot with chocolate/ mint icing.
When set, cut into squares and consume liberally.
