Orange, Cinnamon, Raspberry and Peach tea
1. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the rind from an orange in long strips.
2. Remove the pith with a sharp knife.
3. Place the rind in a heatproof jug.
4. Add a 8cm-long cinnamon stick, crumbled, and 2 raspberry and peach tea bags.
5. Pour in 625ml (2 1/2 cups) boiling water.
6. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
7. Strain and drink hot or place in the fridge to serve chilled over ice cubes.
